mixed feelings about the stay
no receipt incorrect address
I was asked to pay in cash. i did not receive any receipt for my stay, a bit concerning. also, the address on the website was not the actual location. This was inconvenient.

train station clean apartment accessible host quiet building
the location proved advantageous, particularly its proximity to the train station. i found the apartment itself to be impeccably clean upon arrival. the host was easily accessible and responsive to my inquiries! the building was quiet, a welcome surprise.
the stairwell proved somewhat challenging when i had luggage.

Really good Stay!
convenient location clean room good communication modern facilities
I found the location quite convenient, close to transportation. The room was very clean and the facilities felt modern. I appreciated the good communication from the host before and . The suite provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. I also enjoyed the tea and coffee.
The heating was a little insufficient. Just one radiator struggled to fully warm the room on a chilly night.

functional kitchen convenient location sufficient toiletries
The room included a functional kitchen with a cooker and a kettle. I found the location particularly convenient, with easy access to the train station (it was close, about 10-minute walk). The room offered sufficient toiletries (which I find quite useful).

great service convenient location short walk
Rob provided fantastic customer service! He showed me around and explained everything clearly for my stay. The location is very convenient. It's a short walk to attractions like the Tower Bridge, and I found many pubs and restaurants nearby.
The pillows were somewhat flat, it was a little annoying.
