I was asked to pay in cash. i did not receive any receipt for my stay, a bit concerning. also, the address on the website was not the actual location. This was inconvenient.

the location proved advantageous, particularly its proximity to the train station. i found the apartment itself to be impeccably clean upon arrival. the host was easily accessible and responsive to my inquiries! the building was quiet, a welcome surprise.
the stairwell proved somewhat challenging when i had luggage.

I found the location quite convenient, close to transportation. The room was very clean and the facilities felt modern. I appreciated the good communication from the host before and . The suite provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. I also enjoyed the tea and coffee.
The heating was a little insufficient. Just one radiator struggled to fully warm the room on a chilly night.

Rob provided fantastic customer service! He showed me around and explained everything clearly for my stay. The location is very convenient. It's a short walk to attractions like the Tower Bridge, and I found many pubs and restaurants nearby.
The pillows were somewhat flat, it was a little annoying.
